Locking gameplay content behind a pre-release paywall is and will always be crap. People who didn't know about the kickstarter campaign should be given the opportunity one last time to get the DLC. It was briefly available on PS4 and now it's for free on XBOX. They gave hundreds of Savini skins away for free on launch day. Illfonic droned on about not giving it out any more and then it has been available 3 times since then.
